- Jobsite planning, material coordination, quality control, and clean closeout
- Clear updates with homeowners, property managers, agents, and company leadership
- Guidance and task direction for helpers or less-experienced crew members
Strong candidates
- Have broad residential carpentry and repair experience
- Can diagnose problems and explain practical solutions
- Bring reliable transportation, appropriate tools, and a professional jobsite manner
- Understand safety, cleanliness, documentation, and dependable follow-through
